Gemwest 1.03 A Gem Stone weight estimator/calculator for mounted gemstones - over 180 gemstones and 40 different cuts.
This program can help calculate the weight of a gemstone while still in its setting. The user will need some skill in being able to measure the Length, Width and Depth of the subject, and factoring in bulging pavilions, large crowns and thick girdles etc,etc. This program can also be used to estimate loose stones in the absence of a set of scales.
Runs on Linux or Windows 32bit (Win2000 • WinXP • Windows 7).
